Dear Valued Customers:
We appreciate your business and always strive to do everything in our
power to assist you to be successful and profitable in your jewelry
business. Please review the following policies and thank you in advance
for your cooperation.
Minimum Reorder:
Our minimum reorder is only $150.00. When placing a reorder, please
comply with this minimum. If you must place a smaller order, there will
be a $10.00 service charge added to cover our costs in processing your
order.
Minimum Quantities:
As a wholesaler, you are expected to purchase 1 dozen pieces per style.
Please note that we will be strictly enforcing our policy of 12 pieces
per style on all items that are priced $7.50 and under. Items priced
above $7.50 can be purchased in 1/2 dozens (6 pieces) per style. All
closeouts have a mandatory minimum of 12 pieces per style.
Credit Card Purchases:
We are pleased to accept credit card payment on all orders, but only for
orders that are charged upon shipping. Net / 30 day shipments must be
paid by check within 30 days.
Returns:
We accept returns on defective merchandise only. Please contact customer
service (ext 113) within one week of receipt to notify us of defective
merchandise and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. This number
must appear on the outside of your box and all paperwork associated with
this return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to
your expense. So please adhere to our policies to avoid any problems and
unnecessary expenses.
Phone Orders:
Our sales staff is truly dedicated to making your purchase experience a
pleasant one. Since we want to give everyone the same fast and friendly
service, we request that when you call in an order, please have your
style numbers, colors and quantities ready. Whenever possible, please

Shipping Information:
If you need to know the shipping status of your order only, please
contact Alicia or Kaci in our shipping department at ext 110.
